I have been a member of ENDA for some years now. The Chief Nurse Executive at my hospital asked me to join the association and I have never regretted that decision. It is important to be able to follow healthcare services in other European countries.

The membership of ENDA is important and fruitful. ENDA gather nursing directors and managers, researcher’s and developers from European countries.

To be a board member for ENDA has shown me how important it is to network. ENDA has its place within the European nursing scene, it is vital and gives the nursing profession a good support. It is its advocate for the European nursing scene.

ENDA is a perfect opportunity to make contact with other nursing professionals throughout Europe. Through this contact not only we can share our difficulties, but we can also share our achievements and develop best practices for the benefit of the patients.

Being an ENDA member is an honor for me because interacting and meeting with other European colleagues is useful for the development of the nursing profession. We must face new complex and global healthcare scenarios by developing solid nursing leadership.
